Stephen C. Barton is a respected leader and innovator in both the geotechnical and concrete repair industries, with over 35 years of experience and a consistent track record of success. Before founding Alchatek and Seawall Repair Network®, Barton served as the President of Prime Resins, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry.
Drew Robinson
Vice President of Marketing
Drew Robinson is a seasoned marketing executive with nearly 15 years of expertise in conceiving and driving game-changing products to market, leading commercial strategies that position companies as market leaders and drive revenue, profits, and market share growth. Drew has been instrumental in spearheading numerous successful building material product launches that have significantly increased market share and revenue.
Andy Powell
Vice President of Sales
Andy Powell’s experience includes manufacturing, application, equipment, estimating, field service, and training for the entire product line. TWIC, MARTA Track Safety, and Confined Space Certified, Andy has worked with many clients including several state departments of transportation and high profile institutions such as Army Corp of Engineers, Duke Energy, and Florida Power and Light.
Jonathan Waite
Vice President of Operations
Jonathan Waite has been a leader in specialty chemical production for over 25 years. He has led sites and manufacturing networks for multinational companies such as Henkel/Loctite and Akzonobel, producing adhesives, coatings and sealants for the consumer and industrial markets. He is a Georgia Tech alumni with a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Hartford.

Tika Terry is a seasoned financial leader with over 20 years of experience, bringing a proven track record of success in accounting and financial operations within growth-oriented manufacturing organizations. Before her current role, Terry honed her skills in core finance functions, developing a deep understanding of the industry.
